When i go to manage sef urls, ann wanted to manage say this url

www.motocare.co.uk/home/aerials?vmcchk=1

the only way i can find the urls is to put home/aerials,

but when i do this i get hundreds. how do io know which is the page i want to manage

Well if you get hundreds of "home/aerials" pages, it means, that those are duplicate URLs - one SEF URL for many non-SEF URLs. If it doesn't cause any problem, you can just click the icon in Active column for one of them (usually the one with the highest hits count), so JoomSEF will always use that one. You can then change the meta tags just for that one.
