TOPIC: HELP!! - your URL is on my client's every page

Re:HELP!! - your URL is on my client's every page 14 years, 11 months ago #8504

I did and I got the following:

Unrecoverable error PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10).

Listen, I paid for what seemed to be an easy install - what is going on?

1. I cannot seem to get the right files to install without an error
2. I cannot seem to get a file that doesn't have a link to your site ON EVERY PAGE!!!!!!!
3. I cannot seem to be able to see this thing at work
4. I wasted 5 hours!!!!! with no results and my client wants the website working tomorrow at 6 am.

Can you kindly email me the right file to install because it is very easy and painless. Because this is really UNFAIR!!! I haven't done anything BAD to you!!!!!

If you are getting:
"Unrecoverable error PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10)."
Then I guess you are using MAC?

If so, you will need to repack the file first. I do not know why, but MAC is unable to proces the .zip file we use.

Hi,

I wanted to say that after downloading 5-6 times the file available for download, I finally hit one that didn't have errors and after setting up the .access file now everything seems to be working fine. Hopefully it will continue to be that way.

The links are gone!!! That's certainly good news.

Again, thank you for this good product. If I can recommend something: Other providers let you download your software and give you also the chance to get it via email - that might be a great way to save your clients and yourselves a lot of troubles. And please do something about those links. Other than that - everything seems to be working fine.

Thanks
