Footer credit won't go away 15 years ago #8960

I've read the FAQ's. I have the download ID entered correctly into the registration tab and it correctly shows my registration info. However when I upgraded to 3.5 just now from the built in tool, it still didn't download the paid version. The footer artio link persists.

When I login and go to the download area of the eshop it tells me my cart is empty. How do I download the paid version of 3.5?

Hello,

starting with JoomSEF 3.5.0 you can click link "Upgrade from free to paid online" in JoomSEF / Upgrade page, after you have entered your download ID. (note you need to upgrade to 3.5.0 first before this button appears)

Both on 3.5.0 you can use the procedure when using the downloaded package, in such case, please follow instructions at: www.artio.net/faqs/artio-joomsef/licensi...oosing-existing-urls

Hi Jan,

Thanks for getting back to me. Herein lies the problem. I have my download id entered (it had been in 3.4.3) and the registration recognised and confirmed my name and business in the box below. I had hoped that the update to 3.5 would have switched it over to the paid version but it didn't.

I'm running 3.5 now and I still don't see any button. I've read the FAQs and I'm stumped because I can't get my hands on the paid version of 3.5 from any of the suggested methods.

I had the same problem aroubini.

I solved it by:

1. Take your site offline
2. Redownload the component from Artio
3. Install using the upgrade from file box in JoomSef backend
4. Purge URL, delete JoomSef cache AND Joomla cache.
5. Voila

Worked for me.

Hello,
what exactly is the problem with download?
The easiest way is to go to www.artio.net/e-shop/download-area
and enter your download ID there. You will get your file then so you can use the "Upload Package File" section.

(as regards the button to perfom "online upgrade to paid", we have fixed one small bug related to that yesterday, so it is possible that if you have downloaded before that, it does not show correctly; however, the previous method should work in any case)
