after installing the paid component JoomSEF and enabling 'Global SEF URLs' I get the message:
'The page isn't redirecting properly' on every url I click on.
I already tried to change the setting 'Fix index.php links' in Configuration->Advanced ('No') but it does not work.

And this is the first Joom SEF component you have installed? Because there are many things to set up. Try to read this:

You must have allowed mod_rewrite on Apache server and correct .htaccess file in your Joomla folder.
Mainly this must be in .htaccess file:

DirectoryIndex index.php
RewriteEngine On
RewriteBase /

It seems to work if I deactivate the plugin 'System - ARTIO JoomSEF'. How important is it to have this plugin activate?

It is also working if I uninstall Joom!Fish. So, Joom!Fish was the problem. But I need also Joom!Fish. Is there any solution for the conflict Joom!Fish & JoomSEF?

OK, the solution is simple. Just set a default language if you have more than one. After setting the default language it seems to work.
