Hi, did you clear the already existing URLs and cleared caches (all levels) after the configuration change?

What do you mean by "all levels"?
I did "Purge SEF URLs" and I did "Clear Cache" at JoomSEF Configuration Control Panel.

I can provide admin access, so this problem became solve once for all......

Big mess.....
I can not understand what's happening..
Menu items do not show the correct content...
JoomSEF is now Disabled

Please help

By all level I mean JoomSEF + Joomla caches.
If you have problems with some menu items not showing what expected, you should checked stored Itemids for the SEF URLs in question. (more info and details can be found in JoomSEF FAQs)
