Cannot remove Contact name in URL 14 years, 4 months ago #11999

JoomSEF 3.6.2.
Joomla 1.5.15

De SEF URL's have the contact name (module com_contact) in the URL, but I don't like the look of that. It now looks like /mysite/contact/john.

How can I disable this?

Hello,

Go to Manage Extensions and click the Contact extension. You can control the look of the URL by changing the "Show Category" option on the Extension tab and "Show Menu Title" option on the Common tab.

You suggestions didn't work, so I manually changed the URL in 'Manage SEF URLs'.
