We have near 3000 pages, but Automatic SEF URLs: more than 80000.

Can i reduce ammoount of list items without?

that may depend on what the URLs are.
E.g. if you have some calendar component, there may exists many different URLs. (virtualy unlimited ammount)

You should be able to learn more and analyse the possible source of too many URLs by checking the JoomSEF URL Manager and the SEF URLs stored within. You may also filter them component by component to see, which of the installed components is generating most of the URLs.

(the reason may be given by missing extension for such component or simply by its nature)

All URL generated by com_content.

Each article have 3-6 pages and each page some urls adresses.
Example:

How i can reduce urls ammount?

as you can see, all the URLs are different. Therefore, there is no easy way how to reduce them at JoomSEF side. (you could achieve that only by ignoring some of the variables in the URLs). That could however lead to unexpected behaviour.

More effective way would be determining where the "wrong" (not-wanted) links are being generated from and adjusting or fixing them.

RSS and Atom URLs are created if they are used in Joomla template. If you do not wish to have them, again you need to removed "the source" of them - that is remove them from your site source code.
