Please, go to Manage SEF URLs, find the sef url for one of the articles, and check if there is only one or more items for it. Also post us the real URLs for it, so we can check this.

There was only one item for it. (It happens to the 4 articles on the main page)

This is happening to both websites hosted on this server. I've only changed the DNS on the domain name, not actually transferred it - I don't see this being the cause of the problem?

Hm, there really is a problem with Itemid. Since you don't have the "latest" category anywhere in the menu, JoomSEF doesn't know the Itemid for it, so it uses the current Itemid, which is 1 for homepage. Try going to Manage extensions, click on Content extension, and in Extension parameters set "Guess Itemid" to "Yes". Then delete the URL in Manage SEF URLs and clear the cache, so it can be recreated.

You're a legend mate, that fixed it. I take it this has to do with the fact that the default group for the frontpage articles isn't on the main menu so doesn't have an itemid?

Anyway, have spoken to a few other people with this problem and will recommend they buy your product to fix it.
