Can I add a few words after the url of the site?
For example:
my site address: www.sitename.com
automatically add to every sefurl hello-hello so the name becomes www.sitename.com/ciao-ciao/ ....

If yes how?

Hello,

You may try settings it as File suffix in JoomSEF's configuration, however this option is not intended for such use, so I don't know if it will work. If it doesn't, there is currently no way to achieve this automatically with JoomSEF.
