apache on Linux

Some of the generated urls by JoomSEF Version: 3.7.2 are wrong and get me a 404 page.
I have included some screen shots so you can see all my options.

Please let me know what I should change or what I should try.

I have attached a zip file with some screen shoot.

Please, post some examples of the wrong URLs - go to Manage SEF URLs page in JoomSEF and post the SEF URLs and corresponding Real URLs that give an error.

I don't quite understand. So the "home" SEF URL gives you 404?

Yes that is correct it does say home, that is why I did give you as well the url that is display in the browser when you have the 404 so you would have extra information.

Working url without anything = before JoomSEF when it was working.

I did upgrade to 3.7.4 and I still have the same problem with some URL.

So you click the home link and it is redirected to index.php?option=com_newsfeeds&view=category&id= ?
Could you post a link to your website where I could see this problem myself? Thank you.
