TOPIC: Phoca Download update fails

My JoomSEF license is valid and I also purchased the Phoca Download extension. However, the upgrade of the Phoca Download extension fails with

 
Provided Download ID is not valid for the requested file: ext_joomsef3_phocadownload.zip. Please, make sure you are using valid Download ID for this product. ()
 


What do I need to do? I already checked and the download id that came with my phoca download extension purchase is showing on the registration page. I am assuming that this is a combined license, correct?

Help please!

Hello,

Please make sure you entered the download ID to the correct page - when you open the Manage Extensions page in JoomSEF, open the Phoca Download extension parameters and the download ID should be set on the Registration tab.
If this is set correctly, please post your order number for the phoca download extension, so we can check this.

Duh! That's it. I entered the download ID in the wrong location...
