The website you've mentioned seems to be working fine now with SEF URLs. Have you managed to fix this issue? Unfortunately, there's nothing I can advise you except the raising of the memory limit.

I increased the memory limit on php.ini to 48 but didn't restart the apache server, now I restart it last night and it works.

Is this normal to need 48M ?? it seems to be a little bit high.
And do you now why I'm getting the page title twice on the top of the browser??

The memory usage depends on number of components, modules and plugins installed in Joomla and the operations plugins do with the content. In my test environment the Joomla site uses about 30 MB of memory (from which something less than 2 MB seems to be used by JoomSEF), so I'm also almost over 32M limit, and that's only with a few components and plugins enabled at the same time. But I haven't tested the memory usage much, so I don't know if this is normal for Joomla.

As regards the duplication of site name in page title - make sure that "Prevent sitename duplicity" is enabled in JoomSEF's configuration on the Title and Meta Tags tab. If it already is, try setting the "Use sitename in page titles" to "No".

When a purge the site what happens with the sitemaps and all desriptions, metatags and titles?

The configuration looks all right, purging is not necessary for this, as this configuration is applied by the JoomSEF plugin everytime the site is displayed. It seems that some other plugin is also adding the sitename to page title.

When you purge the URLs, all the meta tags created by JoomSEF are lost, since they are bound to the URLs. The already generated Sitemap XML file will stay the same, but the configuration made for URLs will be lost, so you will need to set everything for sitemap again before you generate new XML file.
