TOPIC: Jcal Pro extention not working

We bought the JcalPro 2 extention for JoomSEF 3 some months ago and it was functioning properly with Jcal Pro 2.1.

A new version is out, 2.2, with which the JoomSEF extention is not working properly. We had to turn SEO off in order to make the site work.

Any fixes?

Hello,

we will need to review the changes in 2.2. We will certainly release an update soon. (few days)

Using Joomla 1.5.15, JoomSEF 3.5.0 and JCal Pro 2.2, just updated the Jcal Extention for your servers to version 2.0.2.

All hell broke loose!!!

When trying to access the component from the menu, we get a Joomla error screen with the following in red:

Could not find view [name, type, suffix]: calendar, html, svmapView

We have com_SVmap installed, albeit with SEF disabled altogether.

Any ideas, as we had to disabled SEF for the entire site temporarily?

Hmm, what is the relation between JCal Pro 2 and com_SVmap?

None whatsoever. The SVMAP plugin is used within some event descriptions of Jcal Pro.

Well, according to error you have posted this SVmap is somehow mixing into JCal.
Maybe you could post here the SEF and non-SEF versions of the JCal URLs that lead to this error, it could give some more hints where the problem could be.
