Hi, all of a sudden everytime i click on the homepage button i get errors like this

if i clear the cache it goes away temp but then comes back minutes later????? why, help??

Hm, the 3.2.1 version is a little outdated. Try running the SQL using phpMyAdmin (or similar MySQL tool) to see what is the problem reported. Just replace the #__ in table name with your Joomla database prefix, most likely:
INSERT INTO `jos_redirection` (`oldurl`, `newurl`) VALUES ('', 'index.php?option=com_comprofiler&task=userProfile&user=713')
