In this moment all link is correct

i have unit - creame de la mer 30 ml - and link for this unit
aroma-parfum.ru/virtuemart/kosmetika-zhe...?flypage=flypage.tpl

after refresh page or after click on manufcturer url - i have for this unit - link
aroma-parfum.ru/virtuemart/kosmetika-zhe...flypage=flypage.tpll

how work your module? - i can't understand

oe - all link to be correct, but after some time some link to be mix. why??? this is a bug?

the best way would be to find out, what is the original non-seo URL stored in JoomSEF DB for the item at the moment.
There might be some conflict in parameters or some important value se to be ignored.
I am however quite sure, this is not the standard behaviour. Once the SEF URL is generated for a specific non-sef URL, there is no reason why it should be changed - and it should not.

So in case the source (non-sef) URL for the 2 links you have posted is EXACTLY the same, then there is something wrong.

restat page - all ok for this unit

but! some time after, after restart page
For unit Creme de la Mer 60 мл i have url
aroma-parfum.ru/virtuemart/kosmetika-zhe...?flypage=flypage.tpl

paradox - same url for different unit

in the base i have three url

1. virtuemart/kosmetika-zhenskaya/kosmetika-dlya-litsa/creme-de-la-mer-30-ml

1.a index.php?option=com_virtuemart&category_id=5&manufacturer_id=2&page=shop.product_details&product_id=4

2. virtuemart/kosmetika-zhenskaya/kosmetika-dlya-litsa/creme-de-la-mer-30ml

2.a index.php?option=com_virtuemart&category_id=5&manufacturer_id=2&page=shop.product_details&product_id=521

3. virtuemart/kosmetika-zhenskaya/kosmetika-dlya-litsa/creme-de-la-mer-60-ml
