Hi,

i don´t know which joomsef version you use, but in newer versions, there is a function in the configuration at the backpanel to prevent such duplicate urls.

Try that configuration:

Exclude source info (Itemid) no
Reappend source (Itemid) yes
Ignore multiple sources (Itemids) yes
Append non-SEF variables to URL yes
Be tolerant to trailing slash? yes
