I have activated the component JoomSEF v3.1.0 but the articles that i have categorized by category and section look like this:

examplesite.com/injections-performed/3-services/7-epidural-steroid-injections

I only want it to look like this:

examplesite.com/injections-performed/epidural-steroid-injections

All of the static pages look fine, but the categorized ones are all long..

How can I fix this??

The URL doesn't look like it was created by JoomSEF at all, but with the standard Joomla SEO. Anyway, try changing the configuration to show only the section or only the category. Also, in Content extension parameters, turn off adding title ID to URL.
