I'm confused as to which item I need to download for a regular joomla site without any special extensions/customizations.

Hello, that depends on your Joomla version. But lets assume you have the newest, 1.5.x.
If you want a free one, then:
www.artio.net/downloads/joomla-related/j...oomsef-3-5-4/details

if you want the link-free (paid), then:
www.artio.net/e-shop/joomsef/joomsef-3

Thanks, I ended up figuring it out.

I would click on the joomla extensions not realizing the actual component itself was on the lower half of the page.
