How long does it take to get the download key?

I was pretty anxious to get SEF URL's working for virtuemart so I purchased the extension yesterday and still haven't received it.

I assumed that I could download it as soon as purchased but this seems not to be the case.

the download ID is sent as soon as your payment is confirmed.

Tracking your order:
Your made the order on 2007-01-11 09:23:15.
The payment was confirmed and the download ID sent on 2007-01-11 09:24:14.

If you have not received it, please make sure it was not filtered by some spam/antivirus system at your mailserver.

Today, on 2007-01-12 10:18:01 we have resent the download ID to you. If you still have problems, please contact us again.

I had received the Pending Status instantly, just not anything else.

I have no filtering.
