I have the paid version of this extension.

Why am i missing this file, can this company please send me this file.

I just bought another version of this patch and it gave me 1.0.1 and not 1.1.3 1.1.3 like i had installed. I repurchased due to the fact that my last purchase is aver 6 months old.

Now that im being 100% honest and honorable I really want a good reply soon. Please.

I have a live site and I want my patch to work correctly.

Also how do i chmod my mambot directory so this patch uploads and doesnt give me any errors.

Someone direct me , i dont want to wait for 5-6 days for a fix.

Ok you guys have a great product and im not going to say anything bad about that.

The support around here sux. There could be a simple FAQ for paid customers that gives answers to these types of questions we have. I have paid for three extensions. None of my answers were replied to in 24 hours.

THIS IS HOW YOU GET AROUND THIS ISSUE OF WRITING TO THE MAMBOTS FOLDER.

UNINSTALL THE NEWEST PATCH OF WHATEVER EXTENSION YOU HAVE (BACK IT UP AND THE FILES THAT COME WITH IT) .

CHMOD YOUR MAMBOT FOLDER TO 777 OR FULL ACCESS TO EVERYONE ( I DO THIS TO MAKE IT EASY - DONT FORGE TOT CHANGE THIS BACK TO THE SAME SETTINGS YOU HAD BEFORE ?755?)

ONCE COMPLETED - INSTALL THE EXTENSION AGAIN AND UPGRADE. IT WILL WORK FINE AND YOUR MAMBOT PLUGIN WILL NOT GIVE YOU ANY MORE ERRORS.

I DID THIS WITH VIRTUEMART AND IT FIXED ALLOT OF THINGS, IT DID NOT EVEN GIVE ME 404 ERRORS AND SAVED ALL MY URLS.

JUST DO NOT UNINSTALL THE COMPONENT, THIS ONLY WORKS FOR EXTENSIONS.

Please, just let me say, you have ordered version 1.0.1, not 1.1.3 -- you probably made a mistake in your order. So you got exactly what you have ordered.

As regards support, we do not have 24/7 support here, sorry. Especially not in these forums. We try to asnwer as soon as possible though.
