we are really sorry, but we do not have capacity to follow every post on the forums every day.
We are able to support customers who pay for our support in reasonable time but those, who are not-paying for that, we can serve as soon as we have some free capacity to do so.
You purchased our component, which was working fine until you did some changes to your site. You did not buy any support from us.
I understand you wanted to have your customers site running on time, but it that case, you should have buy paid support and contact us directly.
