TOPIC: Title, description and keywords

Hi there,
I have a problem with the title, description and keywords.
I put in every link a personalized title and description but it do not appear.
What can I do to solve this problem?

I publish the mambots, I deactivate Joomla! standard meta tag generation but nothing happen.

How can I solve?
