Hello,

sorry for the late reply. Is this of high priority? Would you be able to support the development? The adequate price would be about 30-45e.

Best regards,
Jirka

I've created a sef extension for Moset Tree. You can find the details in this thread here:

nice work David , if we have to wait for artio.cz we would all have long beards.

You're welcome (dou itashimashite)

I'm sure the artio crew are busy people with various priorities.

Thanks to them for creating an extension that makes it reasonably easy for 3rd-party developers to make sef extensions!

I hope they continue to help people with support queries in this forum when they have time.

Anyway, thanks. It's always a pleasure to get some positive feedback when doing open-source work.

kind regards,

DT.

Re:Support for Mosets Tree 18 years ago #841

well i dont fully agree.
i changed to artio like many others cause the support of opensef and its compatibility of other components completely suck.

but coming here discovering artio was nice but facing the same problem...,support is a big zero.

but if your realy good in this stuff then we are all greatfull for your help....
ohh...and if you by any chance use remository please do have a look at that.....

Hello yamada,

well, we try to help the users as much as we can. But we have limited resources to do this, so we cannot always respond immediatelly or do everything the users would like to have. We also rely on other experienced users to help others.

You cannot expect that all open-souce projects will have intensive support from the developers (when it is unpaid), because we are still commercial company, so the prioriries are there, where we get paid for it.

If you are willing to pay for the support, you can have it even 24h a day if you like.

Hopefully you can understand this.

Best regards,
Michal
