i just bought the Sobi2 extension, and i have the following error on my url extension :

i have : www.actuchine.com/annuaire/bars-et-boite...ute-kin-beijing.html

instead of : www.actuchine.com/annuaire/bars-et-boites/pekin-beijing.html

because i'm using french accent, the "é" become eacute

Same for all the special chars é, ê, ô, è ...

any clue ?

i bought sobi extension , too ...
and i have the same problem with the german ¨ => ä ö ü

url is : www.xxx-xxx.de/xxx-firmen/h-auml-ndler.html
should be : www.xxx-xxx.de/xxx-firmen/haendler.html
or better : www.xxx-xxx.de/xxx-firmen/händler.html

tried to fix it to fix it by adding ä|ae, ü|ue, ö|oe in configuration but it won´t work ...

in other ext_ it works fine (like adsmanager ...)

maybe you can help ...

if the international characters problem was solved, i will buy that extension.

include this special chars and it works fine:

&a|a, &u|u, &o|o, uml;|e

i.e. after this you have \"haeuser\"

great! the above works! i still had a problem with the german \"ß\". the rule \"ß|ss\" ist not working. if i try \"& s z l i g;|ss\" ( without the spaces!! ) its is rewritten into \"ß|ss\" at save. so i split it into \"&s|s, zlig;|s\". this seems to work for me.

Using the latest JoomSEF 2.2.6 and SOBI2 plugin 1.0.0, above solution does not seem to be working.

In my case, \&quot;é\&quot; is being converted to \&quot;eacute\&quot;

Has there been any workaround for this?
