please, when posting any problem regarding JoomSEF, at minimum always specify what version of Joomla you have installed and which version of JoomSEF you are using.

In more tricky bug cases, please also specify PHP version installed on your server and whether it runs as CGI or not. You can find these information in Joomla administration in "System Info" located in "Help" or "System" menu (depending on Joomla version). The most important for us are the "Database Version", "PHP Version", "Web Server" and "WebServer to PHP interface" items. Please, do not post the whole System Information page, only these few items.
If the problem regards a JoomSEF extension (plug-in) also specify its version.

We may not reply to posts without version information.

Also, please, before submitting your post / question, make sure to READ FAQs first and check that your problem is not listed there. Also try to use the search function of the forum, whether the issues has not been discussed previously.

If you are a paying customer and need the problem solved with higher priority, please post to the catgory for paying customers instead.

Please be patient and do not force answering to your question. We are trying to do our best to answer all questions here, but our capacity is limited. This category is also ment for users helping themselves, so feel free to help other users.
