in my site non sobi2 links work correctly. i did Non-ascii char replacements like that : ç|c, ğ|g, ö|o, ı|i, ş|s, ü|u, Ç|c, Ğ|g, Ö|o, İ|i, Ş|S, Ü|u

it seems like the \"Turkish charecter ( ı )\" you are mentioning is not stored in \"raw\" form in the HTML code, but instead as so-called HTML entity, that is encoded as \"yacute\".

In such case, the easiest solution would be add another definition to character translation map, which would be \"yacute|i\". (note that the translation can contain more than just 1 character)
