• There's an option to create a custom url, which is not purged with all the automatically generated ones. This is good.
• It forces me to start a custom redirect with \"index.php\", this is bad.
• It forces me to do a redirect for each task, each page, each action? This is terrible.

Joomsef is producing BEATUTIFUL SEF URLs which work perfectly really, my problem is I want to change \"smf\" to \"forum\"

And as it takes minutes (if not seconds) to generate hundreds upon hundreds of these URLs, it's impossible for a human to change the url for each page one-by-one-ny-one....

How can I change www.imvu.co.nz/smf/index.html to www.imvu.co.nz/forum/index.html?

Hi Chris,

there's an option to set your Custom Title for each component in JoomSEF's configuration, but we have reports that this feature is not working properly in current release. In next release this will be fixed.

Everything is almost running perfectly. I have one problem left to solve.

In SMF I have action=abc&amp;variable=xyz

Variable xyz is generated dynamically. Basically it's the member's username.
Artio JoomSEF is trapping the action name, but not the username.

The username is mission critical, how can I make it preserve that part of the URL instead of simply removing it?
