Using Orstio's v1.1.6 bridge and SMF 1.1

SMF 1.0.1 extension password reminder doesn't work, activation link send to email is invalid.

is there any way of getting round this problem? I just realized the problem too, activation email comes like this:

the URLs like this are a SMF problem, it needs patching the emailing source file. We dealt with this in some projects also.

I think its working fine as I'm using the bridge registration option rather than smf registration.

there is a small bug in the SMF/or the bridge that causes this.

It is related to the fact the localization texts are not correct or not treated correctly by the mailing handler. As you can note, the greeting \"regards-br-the-muslimways-forum-team\" got to be part of the URL and this link is wrong also when SEF is off.

At the moment I cannot direct you more exactly, because localizing the problem would require quite detail checking the SMF source codes.

You can try fixing this by checking and correcting the translation files (and the mail handler source code) or we can offer fixing this problem for you, but only as a paid support service as it has no relation to JoomSEF or the SMF extension you probably bought from us.
