joomseo keep generate multi url for one single page, looks like:
www.domain.com/column/title.html
www.domain.com/column/title-2.html
www.domain.com/column/title-3.html
And I check the database,here is data of oldurl and newurl:
column/titlel-2.html index.php?option=com_content&id=129&task=view
column/titlel.html index.php?option=com_content&id=129&task=view
column/titlel-3.html index.php?option=com_content&id=129&task=view

Why generate so many url for one page? what should I do to avoid that?

This is very strange but I think there is some problem. JoomSEF CANNOT generate the same SEF URLs for EXACTLY same original URL. Each URL (both SEF and original) stored in database must be unique.

So the URLs you state here must differ somehow. Most often it is the Itemid value. To prevent that, you "Ignore multiple sources" setting in configuration. (should be however ON by default)

The new url is all index.php?option=com_content&id=129&task=view (I copy from the mysqladmin).
but the oldurl is totally different.
I try to upgrade to the latest version, but still not resolve this error.

Did you try to purge the URLs and clean cache?

You're amazing,I check again, you are right, the itemid is different. And the value of "Ignore multiple sources (Itemids)" is "no". Is that safe if I turn it to "yes"? What's itemid for?
