I had the Joomlajax Mambot enabled when I first installed JoomSEF 2.0 and kept getting 404 errors. The problem was that because of the AJAX setup, it was keeping the /index.php file instead of replacing it completely like it should. Has anybody figured out a fix for this? I would think that somehow appending the new URL to index.php and configuring JoomSEF to recognize this should work, but not sure how, and also not sure if there is a better way to fix this?
