I've scoured the site to no avail searching for a solution to my problem. I'm running Joomla 1.5.7, I've said, along with the newest version of Joomsef. I was running sh404SEF, uninstalled it, and installed Joomsef for its plugin capability with Alphacontent. Everything seems to be working fine in regard to SEF URL re-writing. However, I cannot get meta information to work with Joomsef.

I've gone to the System - ARTIO JoomSEF plugin and ensured that its enabled. Is there a certain position it needs to be in (I.E. first or last?)? I've tried entering meta titles, descriptions, keywords, etc. under view/edit SEF URLs. No matter what I change, I cannot get the title or any of the other meta information to show up.

As the site was just beginning to get indexed and moving quickly up pagerank wise, I would like to get this resolved ASAP! I'm quite interested in purchasing this software if it will work properly with my site configuration.

I just upgraded to JoomSEF 3.2.1 to no avail as well.

I solved the problem by going into global configuration and making the HTML Title setting blank!

I use ARTIO 3.2.3 on J 1.5.9 and I have problems with custom titles and meta description. (sef urls work fine)
I followed instructions mentioned above...enables artio joom sef (disabled joomfish router), disabled default meta creation in global configuration, but when I enter custom Title and meta descrption in ARTIO, they save OK but nothing changes in the frontend.
Please if you can help me with this since it is important for me.
