am using the following setup

directadmin on a vps server
joomla latest release
joomfish 2.03
joomsef 3.2.11

I have 3 domains.

*.NL dutch version
*.DE german version
*.COM english version

I currently have a joomla install for all 3 versions. So when pressing the dutch flag in the com site I am forwarded to the dutch site in a different joomla install, press the german flag to the german site and so on.

Problem is that I have 3 different joomla installs. Whenever I am updating a page I need to login to each install modify it and keep the names the same so the redirect will work.

I would like to have 1 joomla install say in the .nl domain. the other 2 domains should forward to the right page on het .nl domain. I read something about rewrites but have no idea how to set this up.

I think I will have to install the other 2 domains under the same client/account in direct admin but from there I have no idea how to go forward. Can someone give me some hint of how to forward from say the com domain to the main .nl domain but then showing the com version, same for the de domain forward that to the nl install but showing the german de version.
