joomfish error after upgrade 2.0.0

Hello,

I use ARTIO SEF and Joomfish.

I have just upgraded to version 2.0.0 and everything seems to work fine as long as put the /en or /it or /nl code after my domainname.

If I only type the domainname of my website in my browser (with or without index.php) I get the 404 errorpage.

I have set the joomfish options as described in your documentation. I use the same .htaccess file and once again when I select the Joomfish flags everything works fine...

What could be the problem?
