I want to use the joomSEF with Virtuemart to take more friendly urls for my products.

I only must install the joomSEF or I must use the JoomSEF 1.2.5 Virtuemart Hack 1.0.1 found it here joomlicious.com/

And suppose I have more friendly urls now I could use a sitemap generator to take the xml file from my site and give it in the google to have my products indexed in google?

If I have problems with joomSEF how to remove it and if I will remove it I will have problems with my database ?
