after messing around with joomsef trying to get it right, I ended up doing a fresh install.

I truncated sef tables, uninstallted artio JS and reinstalled.

now urls look like :

20.html/

as far as I can tell, it's content links only. and menus.

if I disable 'show categories' & 'Show sections' I get a functional url like:

test.dk/34.html

of course, I don't want the numbers but that's a different issue.

Right now, I need to figure out what's causing this problem.



rather annoying and very little functionality :)

ok, this is tickling me..

I did an uninstall again. Then deleted all sef tables, then doublechecked via ftp that all files were gone.
Then reinstalled.
then loaded website.
urls look ok

I changed NO settings this time.. apart from adding some non-ascii chars..

It's gotta be some setting? or a table I missed the last time?

That is quite difficult to say ex-post.

Most likely, there might be some file left - such as configuraiton settings, or you had caching on and it might have been cache related problem.
