ERROR LOADING FEED DATA

Has started appearing with JoomSEF, not sure if it is a setting in Joomla or on the server that may be effecting it ? Any help will be appreciated.

yes, i have been using artio for 2 years and implemented on many of my own sites with no issues at all
i have just revised our website and wanted to do the final piece which is artio
using rockettheme mercado template with ecwid cart integrated into the site, (was using virtuemart)
the site works fine without artio but when installed, .htaccess file change, global settings: sef urls and apache rewrite to yes, then artio .htaccess set to enabled = yes and / as the value
the same set-up as i have always done, i get ERROR LOADING FEED DATA

i have read a couple of fixes relating to system cache but nothing gets rid of the error and my sef's do not work

i thought it might be to do with ecwid but with no sef urls set on that still nothing

aaarrrrggghhhh - - help please!!

ok, having spoken to the company we rent a dedicated server from there were some sever setting that needed addressing re: .htaccess so at least now artio is working but still showing ERROR LOADING FEED DATA

unsure exactly how this is affecting the sef performance but still want rid of it

any ideas?
