Hi Folks,
I just installed the latest version and then upgraded my hot property ext for jomSef; all it seems to be working fine even with jomfish that in the past was not, the only problem that I have is that the home page title is duplicated, I mean in the title bar you see the web site title repeted two times... Any idea how to solve it???

I fond that the JoomSef bot is adding and that you can switch of, but then even categories pages titles are without the web site title; any way just to remove the duplication of the title from the main home page and leave that function for all the other sections of the site??

/mambots/system/joomsef_metabot.php

Open this file in editor and goto line 130 which says,
if (isset($GLOBALS['sefMetaTags']['title'])) $pageTitle = $GLOBALS['sefMetaTags']['title'];

Change it to
if (isset($GLOBALS['sefMetaTags']['title']));

Duno if it has any side effects. But it workied for me on version 2.2.0

For any category, section etc etc the page title is perfectly.. in my set-up, I choosed to have the category before the site title.. and works fine...

I did not cleared the Artio cache and I did not clean (erased) all SEF urls.. should do that to properly test or that mod to the metabot or does not need the total wipe out???

Any more ideas/help..... Sorry to disturb you but I'm not a php expert so any help is like gold for me... so many many thanks

Sorry for late reply.

I checked your site and it looks okay to me. Cache needs to be cleaned to check the change effects. Google might take a bit longer (few days) to update its database.<br><br>Post edited by: khawaib, at: 2007/10/12 03:20

Artio team modified the mambot, so now you have a function preventing this error, that mambot now is available with updates release....
