Hm, that is really strange, the Itemid field is correctly present in the table. Please, turn SEF on and switch your website to Debug mode just for a moment, it should report the exact SQL query causing this error - you can do this in Joomla's Global configuration on the System tab, enable the Debug System option there.
Thank you.

I enabled the Debug mode. So it seems that one table is missing (jos_sefaliases). Is it so?

Hm, the database wasn't probably correctly updated during the JoomSEF upgrade procedure. Have you used the online upgrade feature in JoomSEF?
If you are a little skilled with the phpMyAdmin, you can manually modify the database so the tables correspond to the SQL in /administrator/components/com_sef/install.sql file.
Otherwise, the easiest solution would probably be to export your SEF URLs to file using the Manage SEF URLs page in JoomSEF, uninstall JoomSEF, install it again and import the URLs back. Of course, backup your website and database before doing this.

Ok, thank for help. But there is no possibility to export 301 redirect urls. I'll copy mysql table, if I find it ofcourse. Please add export functions of 301 redirect urls in next versions. Thank you.
