Hello Support-Team!

After insatlling the free version of your SEF solution my whole site is broken. why?
no access to the admin-backend, no access to the frontside (me and my visitors) no access to other sites on the server!

help me, please...6 months are gone if no solution is finding...

you should be more specific. If you say "my whole site is broken" I cannot help you much.
What does it mean "no access"? Do you get some error message or what happens?

If you say "no access to other sites on the server" then I am a bit suspicious this is not related to JoomSEF.
In any case, make sure that your .htaccess does not contain any directives, that might be unsupported by your http server. You may try to simply rename it to e.g. _htaccess and see if it helps.

Try to provide maximum information about this problem.

all domains / websites in the root path within subfolders (2 more websites) are "broken" puh, my heart is just jumping around...

If you are getting internal server error and the other sites in subfolders, then it is most likely the .htaccess problem.

Check if Option FollowSymLinks is commented in .htaccess.
Also make sure that mod_rewrite is enabled on your server.

thats my htacces - hmm. i dont understand it. what can i do?

or could be a problem with the sql db? i hope no.
