Oh you've got to be kidding !

I spent three hours reinstalling Joomla and my database thinking something seriously went wrong, only to find the problem was still there until I made the above changes. Now all is grand and I could have watched a couple good TV shows. LOL j/k

Anyways thanks for the tip. I spent a week googling just about everywhere else just to find this.
