System: iiS using Helicon ISAPI Rewrite
JoomSEF v2.2.5

We cannot get JoomSEF to redirect 404 errors to ANYTHING other than (Front Page).
If we set the 404 page to (Custom 404 page) or anything else, we will only get a blank page.

404s are being logged in JoomSEF, so we know that JoomSEF is seeing them.

This worked several months ago.
The ISAPI rewrite rules have not changed.
JoomFish is working great with JoomSEF.

Further weirdness: As a test, I added the com_404_redirect plug-in to see what would happen.
This is working properly - it is redirecting to the search page.
SO, that means that JoomSEF is certainly going to the Custom 404 page (since the 404_redirect PHP code is in that page), but why isn't it displaying the Custom 404 page?

Any ideas?

can you turn on error outputs and check the logs so we may learn what is the actual problem there? If you are seeing just blank page, this most probably means there occured some error or fatal error. With error output surpressed, it is difficult to debug. Please, try to display and identify the error. Then we should be able to help effectivelly.

OK, turned on Joomla error reporting to Maximum.
Got this, even for the home page.
