1. As I already said, JoomSEF doesn't store domains or ports in URLs. Maybe Joomla's cache causes this?

2. I wouldn't recommend it.

1. Joomla! use XCache. I disable only JoomSEF cache 18 hours ago and not see troubles. I think we need more time for troubleshooting.

2. Thanks.
I catched one example by real user:
wrong url typed by user: "obzor-i-test-biudzhetnogo-igrovogo-korpusa-aerocool-strike-x/vse-stranitsi%20"
real url: "obzor-i-test-biudzhetnogo-igrovogo-korpusa-aerocool-strike-x/vse-stranitsi"

He add "space" to end of URL, that JoomSEF think that url is "obzor-i-test-biudzhetnogo-igrovogo-korpusa-aerocool-strike-x/vse-stranitsi+".

As I pointed out earlier, you may use custom rewrite rule to remove spaces from URLs using .htaccess file, similar to: stackoverflow.com/questions/1279681/mod-...erscores-with-dashes
