I purchased the component a week ago, my order still shows as pending.

I've not received any fields and no one is answering my emails.

What's going on?

Hello,
the payments thorugh PayPal - which is your case - are fully automated, so most likely, we did not receive your payment or some other error occured.

If the payment was deducted from your account, please, send us the Transaction ID to our email at Diese E-Mail-Adresse ist gegen Spambots geschützt! Du musst JavaScript aktivieren, damit Du sie sehen kannst. so we can try to identify your payment.
