we are checking the issues, but of course we prioritize the paid supports. These support forums has no guaranteed response time as it is clearly stated in our support conditions.

You can choose the desired response time 1-5 days.

As regards your problem, it is on our list of issues to check, but I am unable to say exactly, when we will get to it.
Most probably, there have been some more significat changes in JomSocial between version 1.8 - 2.2 so the extension may not to be up-to-date. (as you see, last time it has been tested with 1.8.x)

Hi,

I thought support is automatic when you buy your extensions. All my extensions are up to date and have not expired.

I had no idea that I'd have to wait three weeks to get this looked at.

But if if you require priority paid support to get this done quicker, that has been paid.
