Hi,

I am trying to filter a variable from my sef but it is not working. i tried many settings to exclude it but i could not filter.

My link is www.domain.tld/index.php?option=com_seyr...os&id=1234567890

i want to filter only this variable from my link "task=editvideos" so i want to make my link like this.

www.domain.tld/video/helpme.html&task=editvideos .

probably the combination of what you want is not possible.

There are 2 options:
1. "non-sef variable": you can add 'task" variable to "non-sef variables" list; then any URL that includes task variable will have it appended after the SEF part
(but this cannot be defined for a specific variable value)

2. "variable filtering": if you enter a condition (variable task + value editvideos), then the URL will not be SEFed at all, so you will get classical www.domain.tld/index.php?option=...
