TOPIC: "404 Page not found" error after every link!

"404 Page not found" error after every link! 13 years, 1 month ago #24618

Here is the most common errors: www.artio.net/faqs/artio-joomsef/trouble...er-clicking-any-link

com_joomsef3.zip: fa2b1d9febc01a4d0c0656014505d1e3 (order id?)
sef: 3.8.3

I think Its one of these issues:
2. Check the rewrite rules .htaccess file
3. Check RewriteBase value and adjust it if needed

Other factors:
I am on a test server: 50.28.71.154/~world
I have installed sh404sef component
Joomla 1.5.23

.htaccess fiile: (to me it looked ok, but I just done know.

If your website is located in a subfolder (/~world), you need to adjust the RewriteBase accordingly in .htaccess file:

RewriteBase /~world

that was it, thanks. I didnt think it was a subfolder, but I guess the web sees it like that.

Thanks!
