Not sure if this is the correct place for this request, however I purchased mtree joomsef extensions yesterday and upon trying to install it through the joomsef 3 ext installer I get the following error;


ERROR: Could not find a Joomla! XML setup file in the package.

lease could you advise whats wrong ASAP.

I've tested the package and it works fine for me. What versions of PHP, Joomla and JoomSEF do you have installed?

Joomla 1.5.10
PHP 5.3.x

There seems to be only 5 files in the download -- does that sound right?

So you can advise further I am selecting the zip folder in the installer named ext_joomla_mtree.zip as downloaded, right?

Sorry forgot to mention I have installed the joomsef virtumart extension in the same way without any problems what so ever!

I'm sorry, but current extensions are not compatible with JoomSEF 3.0, they need at least JoomSEF 3.1.x.

Thats strange as you advertise it as Joomsef 3.x compatible as attached!

If this is the case please could you make sure a full refund is issued for the purchase.
