since i've got a crash of my browser during an update of my urls, every update of joomsef isn't working.

Are the any possibilities to restart a new update

Hi,
When you use some Update functionality, it's always restarted.
What exactly isn't working? Could you post some screenshot or more detailed description of what happens when you try to run an update?

Keeps on hanging on this page - nothing happens anymore. Nothing get's done.

Same problem on updating URLs.

It seems like some problem with the AJAX request. Try using developer tools in some web browser (eg. Firebug in Firefox) to check if there's any Javascript error encountered or check the AJAX requests and post their response.
