I enabled SEF in this website, but I saw no SEF URLs in - Manage SEF URL section.

When I try to activate SEF, it does not take effect, and Basic SEF of JOOMLA takes effect with index.php suffix in between of URL.
e.g. biscuitmanufacturer.com/index.php/company-profile


So, finally I had to avoid using JOOMSEF Component for this website and I activated BASIC SEF of Joomla 2.5 from Glabal Configuration page by turning all following options to YES.

Use URL rewriting Yes
Adds Suffix to URL Yes

JoomSEF or JoomSEF's plugin is probably disabled. Check that everything is enabled in JoomSEF's Control Panel in the SEF Status box on the right side. Also make sure that you clear any caches that you use on your website.
