Hi, just purchased change of domain name and still says "Registered domain does not match"

Not happy to have to pay to change it - nor that there is no contact button to clear up the issue.

For the domain: magnet.com.au/

Like most things ... operator error :)

Seems I filled the form out too quickly and added a fwd slash where it shouldn't have been.

I'm running into the same issue. My registered domain hasn't changed but my test-url has. Is there any way for me to update this?

I am guessing, but you will need to order an amendment on you registered domain...

Thanks sambob,

You are right, and I noticed that right after I posted my previous message. Rather terrible that you have to pay them to make such a minor change, even if the amount is very low.

No problem Artistino,

Yes have to agree, but then again, the product (and support) much better the the alternative (which I am switching all my sites over from.

Just makes you a bit more diligent when registering :)
